Shipping Info

• Item prices exclude delivery and handling costs. This means that you are will be required to make extra payment for delivery.  Delivery charges within Tema GH₵ 15gh ,  within Accra GH₵ 20. 
• The Velvet Hut currently delivers to customers nationwide (Ghana). Outside the Greater Accra Region, our team would contact you for for delivery orders.
• We are working to make worldwide shipping possible very soon
• You should expect to receive your merchandise within 3 working days after the ordering process has been completed

Ordering & Payment

• Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order.
• Payment on Delivery option is available for purchases only within Accra and Tema.
• All orders made with a debit/credit card goes through an approval process. Orders are not released for shipment until this verification is complete.
